Learning through Skills Acquisition Initiative (LETSAI) is a youth-led non-profit organization established in June 2015 and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in March 2018. At the core of the board of trustees are medical experts, human rights activists, development experts, academicians, and media experts with a minimum of ten years of experience. These experts have teamed up to enhance gender equality with reduced inequalities, and enhance good health and well-being, to promote sustainable economic and civic growth and inclusion for women and girls.

Through advocacy campaigns for policy reviews, provision of sustainable income-generating activities, comprehensive management of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) including legal assistance, and Provision of Trauma healing, mental health, and psychosocial support for beneficiaries. Our values include timeliness, good attitude, integrity, excellence, and professionalism.
